June 2nd is the annual Sick Kids Believe Day! Sick Kids is trying to get as many people as possible to purchase and wear Sick Kids Believe T-shirts on this day as a fundraiser. All proceeds go to the hospital for Sick Children and hey you get a cool T-shirt! The shirts come in all sizes and they are very nice. The cost is only $20!! As most of you are aware Sick Kids has been a big part of Abigail’s life and will continue to be as she grows up. Mark and I are truly grateful to have such an amazing hospital to care for our daughter. We are hoping we can get as many people as possible to support the hospital on this special day. I can order a shirt for you or you can simply go to http://www.sickkids.ca/ and look for the section under "Meet Blake", you will see "Shop at Sick Kids" then go to "Believe Wear" and order your own. Shipping is free!

Order soon we only have one week left. I am so sorry I didn't get this e-mail to you sooner, but if you don't get it in time not to worry as you are still supporting the hospital by making the purchase. Hope to see all of you in your Sick Kids T-shirts this summer!!

People have been very supportive and we are very appreciative of all the help we have received!

My Mother, your support and words of strength have been very helpful. Thank you so much for caring for Abigail during the week, without this help I wouldn’t be able to work. Your support and words of strength have been very helpful. You have always been there, but especially through all of this and I know it has been difficult at times. Mark and I are very blessed to have your support. We also want to thank Ralph; his help with all the renovations will never be forgotten, the bathroom was a very nice surprise when we returned from the hospital.

I found out about Abigail’s condition when I was only six months pregnant, I went for an ultra sound and later was told my unborn baby had a very serious heart defect.
